Cement Delivery Equipments

Cement can be divided into bulk cement and sacked cement by the difference of transportation model. The difference of transportation mode results in the difference of conveying the cement into the cement silo. Generally, bulk cement is conveyed by bulk cement truck while sacked cement is conveyed by cement pump or bucket elevator.

Bulk Cement Truck

It is mainly used to convey bulk cement by cement plant, cement warehouse, construction site and so on so that can save packing materials and labor of loading and unloading.

There is air compressor equipped on the truck. When cement is discharged, air from air compressor is blown into the cement tank from bottom. The air is mixed with cement uniformly through permeability layer of cement flow-state device and forms air-cement mixture. And then, cement is discharged into cement silo along discharging duct in the function of pressure difference.

Bulk cement truck, which also named cement tank truck, has airtight powder tank and automatic discharging devices.

Sacked Pump

Sacked Cement Pump is one of the pneumatic conveying equipment.

It is widely used in the field of construction, energy, metallurgy, chemical industry, grain and so on for the vertical or horizontal conveyance to solid-state powder and granular bulk materials such as lime powder, pulverized coal, fly ash, barite, powder resin, alkali, grain and so on. Especially, it can vertically convey cement to the cement silo in the open field’s construction.
Sacked cement is poured into the powder tank by workers firstly. And then, air compressor aside blow air into the tank and make the cement in tank be flow state. When the pressure in tank reaches certain degree, workers switch on the butterfly valve and then the cement in tank is blown into the cement silo.
